1. Impeller maintenance:
At the beginning of the impeller's operation and during all periodic inspections, the impeller must be inspected for defects such as cracks, wear, and dust accumulation whenever the opportunity arises.
Whenever possible, the impeller must be kept clean and regularly brushed with a wire brush to remove dust and rust from it, because with the increase of running time, this dust cannot adhere evenly to the impeller, causing the impeller balance to be broken, and even causing the rotor to vibrate.
As long as the impeller is repaired, it needs to be rebalanced. If possible, a portable test balancing instrument can be used to balance in the field. Before balancing, it is necessary to check that all set bolts are tightened. Because the impeller has been operating in an unbalanced state for some time, these bolts may have come loose.
2. Bearing maintenance:
Check the lubricating oil supply of the bearing frequently, if there is oil leakage in the box, you can tighten the bolts of the end cover a little, if this is not enough, you may have to change to a new sealing packing.
When the lubricating oil of the bearing is used normally, it should be replaced at least once in half a year, when it is used for the first time, it is about 200 hours after operation, the second oil change time is carried out in 1~2 months, and the lubricating oil should be checked once a week, if the lubricating oil has not deteriorated, the oil change work can be extended to 2~4 months once, the specified brand of lubricating oil must be used when replaced, and the old oil in the oil tank is thoroughly cleaned and cleaned before the new oil can be filled.

Before the new bearings are installed, the bearings and bearing housing must be kept clean. The bearing is heated in oil at a temperature of about 70~80 °C and then loaded into the shaft, and it is not forcibly assembled to avoid damaging the shaft.

The maintenance of each supporting equipment, including motors, electric actuators, instruments, meters, etc., is detailed in their respective instruction manuals. These instruction manuals are provided by the supporting manufacturers, and the manufacturer will provide these instructions to users in random boxes.
Maintenance of wind turbines:
(1) The use environment should always be kept clean and tidy, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, and there should be no sundries at the inlet and outlet air outlets. Regularly remove dust and other debris in the fan and pipe.
(2) It can only be operated under the condition that the fan is completely normal, and at the same time, the capacity of the power supply facilities should be kept sufficient, the voltage should be stable, and the operation of the lack of phase is strictly prohibited.
(3) During the operation of the fan, if it is found that the fan has abnormal sound, the motor is seriously heated, the shell is live, the switch trips, and cannot be started, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. In order to ensure safety, it is not allowed to carry out repairs during the operation of the wind turbine. After overhaul, it should be tested for about five minutes to confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon before starting the operation.
