The fire prevention measures between the upper and lower openings of the building exterior wall shall comply with the provisions of Article 6.2.5 of this Code;
(2) The safety exit and evacuation stairs of the residential and non-residential parts should be set up separately; The above-ground garage serving the residential part shall be equipped with independent evacuation stairs or safety exits, and the evacuation stairs of the underground garage shall be separated in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.4.4 of this Code;
(3) The safe evacuation, fire prevention zoning and indoor fire protection facilities of residential and non-residential parts can be implemented in accordance with the provisions of this Code on residential buildings and public buildings according to their respective building heights; Other fire protection designs of the building shall be implemented according to the total height and scale of the building in accordance with the provisions of this Code on public buildings.
(2) For residential buildings with commercial service outlets, the residential part and the commercial service outlet should be completely separated by fireproof partition walls with a fire resistance limit of not less than 2.00 hours and no doors, windows and openings and non-combustible floor slabs of 1.50 hours.
Each partition unit in the commercial service outlet should be separated by a fireproof partition wall with a fire resistance limit of not less than 2.00h and no doors, windows and openings, and when the construction area of any floor of each partition unit is greater than 200m², the floor should be equipped with 2 safety exits or evacuation doors.

Supplementary knowledge:
Civil buildings are divided into residential buildings and public buildings, except for residential buildings with commercial service outlets, the combination of residential buildings and public buildings is commercial and residential buildings, which belong to public buildings.
Related knowledge point 2: Densely populated places
(1) Densely populated places:
Indoor places where people gather include public gathering places, outpatient buildings and ward buildings of hospitals, teaching buildings, libraries, canteens and collective dormitories of schools, nursing homes, welfare homes, nurseries, kindergartens, reading rooms of public libraries, exhibition halls of public exhibition halls and museums, production and processing workshops of labor-intensive enterprises and collective dormitories for employees, places for tourism and religious activities, etc.
(2) Public gathering places:
Indoor places open to the public and have a commercial nature, including hotels, restaurants, shopping malls, bazaars, waiting rooms of passenger stations, waiting halls of passenger terminals, civil airport terminals, stadiums, halls and public entertainment venues.
Relevant knowledge point 3: General requirements for fire safety in densely populated places
(1) Densely populated places should not be combined with or adjacent to Class A and B factories and warehouses; Except for densely populated production and processing workshops, densely populated places should not be classified with Categories C, D and ECombined layout of factories and warehouses; Densely populated production and processing workshops should not be arranged in the upper part of Class C, D and E factories and warehouses. (2) When densely populated places are set up in buildings with multiple uses, they should be separated from other parts by using at least a floor slab with a fire resistance limit of not less than 1.00h and a partition wall of 2.00h, and should meet the requirements for safe evacuation during different business hours. When using metal sandwich panels to build temporary structures in densely populated places, the core material should be Class A non-combustible materials. (3) If the production, storage and business premises are set up in the same building as the employee collective dormitory, they should comply with the requirements of the National Engineering Construction Fire Protection Technical Standard and XF703, implement fire separation, and set up independent evacuation channels and safety exits. (4) For buildings with densely populated places, the evacuation stairs should lead to the roof, and auxiliary evacuation facilities should be set up on the roof. (5) Evacuation indication signs in business halls, exhibition halls and other places with a construction area of more than 400 m² should ensure that they point to the nearest evacuation exit and keep the personnel visually continuous at any position on the aisle. (6) In addition to the densely populated places where automatic sprinkler systems should be installed according to national standards, when automatic sprinkler systems need to be installed in other densely populated places, local application systems for automatic sprinkler extinguishing can be set up in accordance with the provisions of the GB50084. (7) In addition to the densely populated places where the automatic fire alarm system should be installed in other densely populated places, independent fire detection alarms can be installed, and independent fire detection alarms should be equipped with wireless networking and remote monitoring functions. (8) For fire doors that need to be kept open frequently, normally open fire doors should be used, and automatic and manual closing devices should be set up to ensure that they can be automatically closed in case of fire. (9) The safety exits, evacuation doors or evacuation doors with access control systems that need to control the entry and exit of personnel at will in densely populated places should ensure that they can be pushed directly out from the inside in the event of a fire, and "emergency exit" signs and usage tips should be set up on the doors. The following methods or other equivalent methods can be selected according to actual needs: a) Set up a security control and alarm escape door lock system, and its alarm delay time should not exceed 15s; b) Set up an electromagnetic door lock device that can be remotely controlled and manually opened on site; When setting up an automatic fire alarm system, it should be linked with the system; c) Set up a sliding latch type external opening door. (10) The combustion performance of decorative materials in densely populated places, such as curtains, carpets, furniture, etc., shall comply with the regulations of the GB50222. (11) Combustible gas detection and alarm devices should be set up in places where combustible gases or vapors may leak and emit combustible gases or vapors in densely populated places. (12) Metal pipelines shall be used for oil and gas supply pipelines of fuel and gas equipment in densely populated places, and manual and automatic cut-off devices shall be installed on the pipelines before entering the building and in the equipment room. Related knowledge point 4: Gas and combustible gas detection and alarm device (1) Lower explosion limit: the minimum concentration of combustible vapor, gas or dust and air composed of a mixture that can cause an explosion when encountering a fire source. (2) (2) The detection and alarm system of combustible gas and toxic gas shall be composed of combustible gas or toxic gas detector, on-site alarm, alarm control unit, etc. (3) The second level alarm signal of combustible gas and the fault signal of the alarm control unit. It should be sent to the fire control room for graphic display and alarm. The combustible gas detector cannot be directly connected to the input loop of the fire alarm controller. (4) The alarm value setting should comply with the following regulations: 1 The primary alarm setting value of combustible gas should be less than or equal to 25% LEL. 2 The secondary alarm setting value of combustible gas should be less than or equal to 50% LEL. (5) When setting up combustible gas detectors in the kitchen, they should comply with the following regulations: 1 Users using natural gas should choose methane detectors, users using liquefied gas should choose propane detectors, and users using coal-to-gas should choose carbon monoxide detectors. 2 When the hose and connector connecting the gas stove are inside the cabinet, the detector should be set inside the cabinet. 3 The methane detector should be set on the top of the kitchen, the propane detector should be set in the lower part of the kitchen, and the carbon monoxide detector should be set in the lower part of the kitchen, or in other parts. 4 The combustible gas detector should not be installed directly above the stove. 5. It is advisable to use a combustible gas detector with the function of linkage shut-off gas shut-off valve. 6 The gas shut-off valve linked to the detector should be a shut-off valve that the user can reset by himself, and should have the automatic protection function of hose falling off. Related knowledge point 5: Fire safety responsibilities in densely populated places (1) General requirements (1) Densely populated places should strengthen the implementation of the main responsibility for fire safety.
