Features and applications

On August 1, 2018, the Ministry of Public Security promulgated and implemented the GB51251-2017 "Technical Standards for Building Smoke Prevention and Exhaust Systems", which made clear requirements for mechanical pressurized air supply and smoke exhaust in various places, and put forward higher requirements for the protection of fire supporting fans.

Juying Fan has independently developed HTFC-H centrifugal fire smoke exhaust fan through understanding and discussion with well-known architectural design units, large installation companies and customers in the industry, and combined with the specific requirements of the new standard. It can well meet the relevant requirements of the new standard for air supply and smoke exhaust in the building, and some machine numbers have been applied to related projects.

HTFC-H series centrifugal fire exhaust fan adopts backward tilting plate impeller and lateral double inlet air inlet form, which has the characteristics of large air volume and high pressure, as well as simple installation and convenient maintenance.

The box is in the form of double-layer plywood, the outer and inner plates are high-quality steel plates, and the middle is filled with sound-dampening fireproof cotton, which has the characteristics of high structural strength and excellent flame retardant performance.

It adopts galvanized steel integrated molding, connected by fasteners, does not destroy the outer surface of the material in the form of welding, increases the structure such as the middle column, ensures the overall strength of the frame, combined assembly, and realizes on-site assembly and flexible installation for inconvenient handling in place.

Volute
Made of high-quality galvanized plate (carbon steel plate) anti-corrosion treatment, the plate adopts automatic high-precision laser blanking, the cutting surface is smooth and flat, the worm board is processed into an integrated type by automatic undercut machine precise undercut or automatic welding machine welding, etc., and the rolling treatment of the plate surface is strengthened.

The double inlet rear tilt impeller is made of high-quality hot-rolled steel plate, and the flat plate blade designed according to the theory of ternary flow is welded with the front disc processed on the automatic high-precision laser cutting machine, and the ABB robot is automatically welded and processed, and the round bar is reinforced for the impeller with high speed and heavy load. All impellers are tested for dynamic and static balance, and the balance accuracy reaches G2.5 level.

The fan shaft is made of 45# low-alloy steel, which is made of turning, quenching and tempering heat treatment and grinding, with high strength and small disturbance, strictly controlling the shaft diameter dimensional tolerance and shape and position tolerance, and each shaft is coated with anti-rust treatment.

HTFC-H series fans use high-quality spherical seated ball bearings, and are optimized according to the lowest noise, and light bearings are selected at low speed, with low noise and long life. High speed selection of heavy load type, high strength, safety and reliability, the bearing is equipped with lubricating oil holes, easy to maintain in the later stage, the bearing is installed on the bearing bracket, the bearing life is L10≥100000 hours; Imported brands such as NSK and FYH are available.

Inlet and outlet flanges
The flange is integrated by galvanized steel forming machine, connected with the box by fasteners, easy to disassemble, beautiful appearance, and sufficient rigidity and strength.
