Project Overview
The campus of Westlake University is located in the Shuangqiao unit of Xihu District, Hangzhou, east to Yunda Road, south to Dunyu Road, west to Yuntao North Road, north to West Great Ring Road, close to Hangzhou-Changzhou Expressway. The south side of the third phase of the site is connected to the first and second phases, with the east side being the planned Yunda Road, the west side being Yuntao North Road, and the north side being the West Great Ring Road. The third phase covers an area of about 735 acres, with an above-ground construction area of 342865 square meters (excluding 6,706 square meters of public open overhead floors), an underground construction area of 113105 square meters, and a total construction area of 455,970 square meters.
