2. Technical features

※ Anti-corrosion and anti-rust

The surface of the shell of the jet fan is treated with anti-corrosion and anti-rust, and the surface is coated with at least two layers of high-temperature resistant primer and topcoat; When there are special requirements, the surface of the fan is galvanized to ensure long-term operation.

※High temperature resistance

According to the requirements of XF211-2009 "High Temperature Resistance Test Method for Fire Smoke Exhaust Fan", it can meet the requirements of continuous operation for more than 60min under the high temperature condition of 250°C.

※Low noise

Each impeller has been verified by the dynamic balance of the impeller, the operation is quiet and stable, and the mufflers are configured at both ends of the fan body, and the length is generally the same as the diameter of the fan impeller; When noise requirements are particularly high, a muffler with twice the diameter of the fan can also be used.

※Easy to maintain

Direct drive, no wearing parts, low maintenance. Extend the lubricating oil pipe to lead the motor lubrication nozzle to the fan housing, which is easy to operate.

3. Product characteristics and applications

SDS(R) axial flow fire and smoke exhaust fan is an energy-saving product developed by the company, which introduces the process technology of CBI and Flakt Woods, a high-end ventilation manufacturer in Europe, and brings together the opinions of the National Traffic Engineering Standardization Committee, the Highway Research Institute of the Ministry of Communications and the vast number of traffic tunnel experts, and uses international advanced technology such as fluid simulation design and CFD fluid dynamics to design and develop.

It is widely used in longitudinal ventilation and fire smoke exhaust of highways, railways, seabed, cities and other traffic tunnels.
